Seeing as Sony Pictures Television produces NBC’s critically acclaimed though low-rated sitcom Community, it has a vested interest in its continued presence on the network’s schedule. It should come as no surprise, then, that the company has launched its own “Save Community” campaign in the hopes that the show will be renewed.
The one-minute video cuts together audio and video clips to make it seem like the show has already ended. Fans are later informed they have the power to prevent the darkest timeline by watching the show live.
Community’s fourth season finale is set to air this Thursday at 8 p.m. on NBC. Check out the #RenewCommunity video below.
