Hot off the heels of last year’s The Dark Knight Rises, it seems as though director Christopher Nolan is finding the last puzzle pieces to his next project. In an interview with Elle Magazine, Casey Affleck confirmed that he will be working on Nolan’s next film, Interstellar.
In the interview supporting his new film, Ain’t Them Bodies Saints, Affleck told Elle “I’ve got a movie coming out at Thanksgiving called Out Of The Furnace, and I’m going to work on a Chris Nolan movie in the fall.”
Nolan most recently produced the blockbuster Superman film, Man of Steel, and will finally get back in the director’s chair for the first time since closing out the wildly successful Batman trilogy.
The script for Interstellar was written by Nolan’s brother Jonathan and, much like his films in the past, boasts an incredible cast. Actors confirmed for the move include Matthew McConaughey, Jessica Chastain, Anne Hathaway and Michael Caine.
The movie is expected to hit theaters Nov. 7, 2014.
