Chvrches Announce Extensive World Tour

Yesterday, Chvrches had made their U.S. TV debut, performing their single “The Mother We Share” on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Now the Scottish electro-poppers have announced they will embark on an extensive tour, which will see them travelling all over the world for the rest of the year.

After finishing up their previously announced dates in the U.S. and Europe later this summer, the trio has announced that they will head to Australia and Japan before returning to the U.S. and Europe for a stretch of shows this fall. The band will perform tonight at Black Cat in Washington, D.C. and will pretty much be traveling non-stop until the tour’s closing show at Nashville’s Exit/In on Dec. 1.

In the middle of that stretch, the band will release their full-length debut album, The Bones of What You Believe, which is out Sept. 24 on Glassnote Records.
