The Love Language Shares "Pilot Light" Single
A pop project out of North Carolina that’s fronted by singer/songwriter Stuart McLamb, The Love Language announced their forthcoming album Ruby Red a few months ago and have just shared a new track titled “Pilot Light.”
“Pilot Light” immediately launches into wailing trumpets and triumphant vocal harmonies before adding in a set of shimmering strings. The tight arrangements are reminiscent of Arcade Fire at their best and is excellent form from McLamb.
As previously reported, the title Ruby Red was derived from the name of a Raleigh-based cooperative artist space where McLamb recorded the album with engineer BJ Burton. The album will be out on July 23, via Merge Records.
