Last night, Stephen Colbert spoke with The Postal Service about their “bleep-bloop” live shows, member Jenny Lewis’ early acting career and if there would ever be life after the group’s first and only album, Give Up.

Colbert sat down with members Ben Gibbard, Jimmy Tamborello and Lewis in their first-ever television appearance, engaging in a brief but entertaining interview before the trio took to the stage with “Such Great Heights” and “A Tattered Line of String.”

While there doesn’t seem to be any new Postal Service tunes in the works, the band is now on tour in support of Give Up’s 10th anniversary reissue. Check out the dates and watch their TV debut below.
