Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr. Announces Sophomore Album, Tour Dates

A few months after releasing a Patterns EP that was filled with shiny harmonies and dance hooks, Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr. are finally announcing their sophomore album and a batch of tour dates alongside Atlas Genius.

The pair self-produced this effort, which will include tracks, “If You Didn’t See Me (Then You Weren’t On the Dancefloor)” and “Hiding” from the EP. According to a press release, the new album is heavily influenced by the fast-paced modern internet age.

“Everything is moving faster and faster as we are all much more connected by the global central nervous system that is the internet,” the band explained. “Often it feels like when one realizes what they wish to do, it’s impossible to know where to begin due to the scale of everything. We’re a generation of false starts.”
