The Head and the Heart Announce New Album Let's Be Still
The Head and the Heart’s long-awaited follow-up to their self-titled debut finally has a release date. The band announced today that their new studio album,Let’s Be Still, will be released this fall on Oct. 15.
“We’re glad we can finally say something. New album Let’s Be Still is coming out 10/15!!!” the band said on their Facebook. “As soon as it’s out, we’ll be getting back out on the road, and we hope to see you all soon!”
Last Friday, the Seattle natives teased a clip from a new untitled track with the title “IT CONTINUES.” The clip, which can be seen below, features vocalist Charity Rose’s sweet falsetto over a surprisingly synth-y instrumentation. The album was produced by the band and Shawn Simmons. For the album’s mix, the band worked with producer Peter Katis, best known for his work with The National and Interpol.
Tour dates and album pre-order info can be found at the band’s official website.
