Upcycled Eyeglass Frames Give New Life to Unwanted Vinyl Records
Budapest-based Tipton Eyeworks had a vision, literally, to bring life to old vinyl records in the digital age. From the ashes of analog rises Vinylize, eyeglass frames made from old and unwanted vinyl records.
The frames are made by joining vinyl with cellulose acetate, a process that took years to perfect. The end result is a stylish pair of upcycled eyeglasses that bridge the gap between music and fashion.
