Cults Release New Single "High Road," Tour Dates

September 3, 2013  |  12:55pm

New York-based indie band Cults have dropped the first official single from Static, the highly anticipated follow-up to their well-received eponymous debut from 2011. The track in question, “High Road” is Cults’ equivalent of a chill summer song, with a propelling drum section and beautifully ethereal vocals courtesy of Madeline Follin. This announcement follows the release of Static single “I Can Hardly Make You Mine,” which found its way online earlier this summer.

Static is currently set for a Oct. 15 release via Lily Allen’s Columbia Records imprint In the Name Of. The band will also undergo a North American tour in support of their album, and you can catch them at our own Paste Untapped in Dallas on Sept. 7. View the rest of the tour dates below.
