Breaking Bad Props to be Auctioned
Screenbid, a recently launched prop auction website, released a preview of the items it plans to sell from the set of the critically acclaimed AMC series Breaking Bad, the NY Times reports. These 250 items range from Walter White’s Aztek and Monte Carlo getaway machines to the underwear the character wears during the show.
Film producer Bill Block worked in conjunction with entrepreneur Jeffrey A. Dash to found the website to “help studios [to] dispose of props systematically and profitably,” according to the Times.
The site will officially launch the sale on Sept. 29, the same day as the show’s series finale, USA Today out. The auctioneers—who organized the sale with Sony Pictures Entertainment — also plan to have a second auction, where they will sell items from the movie This Is the End.
Take a look at some of the best items from the Breaking Bad sale — including some of White’s meth-making gear.
