Broken Bells Unveil Cover Art For New Album

Broken Bells, the indie power-duo made up of Shins’ frontman James Mercer and critically acclaimed producer Danger Mouse, are returning with their sophomore album After The Disco, the duo’s first album in four years.

After offering up a teaser trailer earlier this month, Broken Bells have revealed the cover art for their forthcoming album. The cover features a psychedelic, cosmic backdrop with the image of a naked woman in the forefront. Gracing the top of the album is the pink, smaller version of the sphere that dominated the first album’s cover.

The band also offered up an additional cover art image on their Twitter page here. In addition to Broken Bells, Danger Mouse has been busy over the last year, working on the new Black Keys album and currently finishing up production on the new U2 record.

After The Disco is set to be released January 2014.
