A new documentary featuring the Notorious B.I.G. has surfaced, via XXL and offers an exclusive look inside the life and early career of Biggie Smalls.
Filmed in 1995 (two years before Biggie’s death), the show follows the rapper back to Brooklyn to get a first-hand look at his life: featuring a visit to his mom’s house and an interview with Voletta [Wallace], along with appearances from Faith Evans and a very young Diddy. And of course, copious amounts of marijuana.
The documentary originally aired for the U.K. series Passengers, a TV program centered around “youth culture,” that also featured stars such as actor Ewan McGregor and English pop group Take That.
