Zac Efron continues to distance himself from his teen heartthrob image—but not too far—in the raunchy new trailer for Neighbors. Here, Efron plays a frat guy who moves next to a married couple, played by Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne, and Efron and his frat make their neighbors’ lives a living hell after Rogen makes a noise complaint.
By giving Efron room to show off his comedy chops, Neighbors looks like it might do for the actor what 21 Jump Street did for Channing Tatum. Speaking of Jump Street, Dave Franco also stars in the film alongside Efron as his right-hand fraternity brother. The star-studded cast also includes comedian Hannibal Buress, Christopher Mintz-Plasse (Superbad), Jake Johnson (New Girl), Lisa Kudrow (Friends), Jason Mantzoukas (The League), Bobby Moynihan (SNL) and more.
