Numero to Celebrate Ned Doheny's First 10 Years with Separate Oceans

Ned Doheny—a Laurel Canyon rocker with ties to Jackson Browne, Don Henley and Bonnie Raitt—will be re-examined in a Numero Group collection titled Separate Oceans this May.

Doheny has penned big hits for others— Chaka Chan took the song “What Cha’ Gonna Do For Me,” to the top of the charts in 1981— but has never made it as a big act himself. Separate Oceans examines Ned Doheny’s first 10 years “adrift in song,” and pulls from choice album cuts and 11 unissued demos from the last 30 years.

Check out the tracklist for Doheny’s retrospective collection below, and pre-order it here.
