Bruce Springsteen to Release New Four-Song Vinyl EP on Record Store Day

Bruce Springsteen’s showing up for Record Store Day with the release of a new 12” vinyl EP titled American Beauty. It features four previously unreleased songs, three of which are outtakes from the sessions of his latest LP, High Hopes.

But that’s not all The Boss is up to: Springsteen is working on a concert film documenting the multi-artist charity tribute concert that honored him as the 2013 MusiCares Person of the Year. A DVD, Blu-ray and digital download of the concert are set for release on March 25. The show was held at the Los Angeles Convention Center on Feb. 8, 2013, and featured Neil Young and Crazy Horse, Alabama Shakes, Mavis Staples, Patti Smith and other notable artists covering Springsteen masterpieces.
