Facebook Turns Ten and Gives Us a "Look Back"

Facebook turned ten yesterday and with that came a special feature from the site called “Look Back.” Users are treated to a short video with an added soundtrack displaying your top photos, most liked posts, or a thank you card depending on the amount of content you have. Look Back is very much a trip down memory lane whether it warrants a smile or a cringe, and can be edited to the persons liking.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg told CNET, “It’s been an incredible journey so far, and I’m so grateful to be a part of it. It’s been amazing to see how people have used Facebook to build a real community and help each other in so many ways.” The social networking site has undergone many design changes in the ten years since it started, from the more blank beginning to the photo filled timeline we see today.
