Key and Peele to Guest on FX's <em>Fargo</em>, the Next <em>True Detective</em>-Style Miniseries

It was announced today that Keegan Michael-Key and Jordan Peele, stars of the Comedy Central sketch show Key & Peele, will play FBI agents in the final four episodes of FX’s Fargo, a 10-episode miniseries in the True Detective mold that will premiere on April 15.

The series is “based” on the 1996 Coen Brothers movie of the same name, though the TV show features all new characters and a new story. Joel and Ethan Coen are producing, and Billy Bob Thornton stars as a drifter named Malvo Lorne. Colin Hanks and Martin Freeman also star as a police deputy and insurance agent, respectively. Earlier this week, the show released its first teaser-trailer, featuring Billy Bob scraping some ice off a windshield. Check it out below:
