Tuesday will be the last day you can download U2’s “Invisible” single for free. Bono told USA Today, “This is just sort of a sneak preview — to remind people we exist,” and says that the first official single is not to drop until later this year. U2 has teamed with Bank of America to issue $1 to the nonprofit (RED) with every download of the song.
Bono helped to co-found (RED) which helps fight AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria and provides testing to some of the world’s poorest countries. U2’s long awaited new album was produced by Danger Mouse and has no official release date. Listen to “Invisible” above and download it here.
