Jimmy Fallon Covers R. Kelly's "Ignition (Remix)" with a Barbershop Quartet

This is why Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show is going to be awesome. Late Night has always been akin to experimental theater, and Fallon’s involvement in pre-interview bits, wacky contests with guests and comedic musical numbers had been spot on since he took over for Conan O’Brien in 2009. He was a former SNL cast member, after all.

Now Fallon has brought his versatility to the traditionally conservative Tonight Show, and in his first two days on the air we’ve already seen him run through the history of hip-hop dancing with Will Smith and, now, cover R. Kelly’s “Ignition (Remix)” with a barbershop quartet, making a song about bouncin’ on 24s and “strokin’ round and round” about as wholesome as it can possibly get.
