This may be the sweetest thing that’s happened recently in the music world. Walkmen multi-instrumentalist Walter Martin has released a video for “Sing to Me,” featuring Yeah Yeah Yeahs frontwoman Karen O. The track comes from Martin’s debut solo album, We’re All Young Together. Released this past May via Family Jukebox, We’re All Young Together is dubbed a “family record” and it’s comprised of lovely, warm tunes for all ages.
The heart-warming video follows two kids on a car ride during an autumn afternoon. And yeah, it appear as if the two are tiny, adorable versions of Martin and O.
Martin wrote the record while he and his wife were expecting their first child, so it’s only fitting that he’s playing two shows over Father’s Day weekend in San Francisco. Check out the rest of his tour dates and the video here. Spoiler Alert: you might melt.
