Valentine’s Day is a day to toast love. Whether it is love for a lover, a friend, a family member – or a drink – it is a day for affection. These adorable cocktail pairs, made especially for Valentine’s Day, are a very cute way to enjoy the holiday.

This cocktail is definitely one for lovers, as sharing the drink with someone is a pretty intimate act in-and-of itself. To add some secret allure, mixologist Moses Laboy adds a secret note inside the huge chunk of ice.

Ingredients
1 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
1.5 oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
0.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz. Cherry Hearing
4 dashes Regans’ Orange Bitters

Directions: Add all ingredients into a shaker over ice. Shake vigorously until cold and double strain over a fresh two-inch cube. Ideally, you’re gonna serve this in a vessel for two over a large ice cube with a secret Valentine’s Day fortune in it.

Served from an antique shaker into glass cups, this take on afternoon tea is a perfect way to share a drink with a beloved family member.

Ingredients
4 oz. Cana Brava Rum
3 oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
2 oz. Lemon Juice
2 oz. Honey Syrup (1 part honey to 1 part water)
0.25 oz. Suze

Directions: Combine all the ingredients in an antique shaker. Add ice and place the top on the shaker and lightly shake. Serve with two punch glasses filled with ice. Garnish with raspberries and a mint sprig.


Scarlet Kiss

Celebrate “Gal-antine’s” Day with your best gal pal with this strong and sweet cocktail for two.

Ingredients
3 oz. Mount Gay Black Barrel rum
6 muddled raspberries
1 oz. Rhum Clement Coconut Liqueur
1 oz. Lemongrass simple syrup
0.5 oz. Lemon juice
2 barspoons of Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
2 oz. Topo Chico mineral water

Directions: In a pint glass, muddle six raspberries, and add in all ingredients except for the Topo Chico mineral water. Give a hard shake and strain into two heart shaped cocktail vessels. Then add in 1 oz. of Topo Chico to each cocktail.


Smoldering Love & Passionate Kiss

Smoldering Love
Ingredients
1.25 oz. Mezcal
0.5 oz. St Germain
0.5 oz. Crème de Violete
0.75 Lemon corrected Yuzu

Directions: Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with an orange twist.

Passionate Kiss
Ingredients
1 oz. Orange Vodka
0.75 oz. Pineapple Juice
0.25 oz. Passion Fruit Puree
0.5 oz. Aperol
0.5 oz. Grenadine

Directions: Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with an orange twist.


His and Hers

Hers
Ingredients
1 oz. CH Peppercorn Vodka
0.25 oz. Campari
0.5 oz. St. Germain
0.5 oz. Lime
1 oz. beet shrub soda

Directions: Use a tall glass and build the cocktail directly in the glass. Garnish with an edible pansy.

His
Ingredients
1.5 Rye (Few)
0.5 oz. Chocolate Infused Carpano Antica
1 oz. Pineapple Shrub
0.75 oz. Lime
0.75 oz. Simple Syrup

Directions:Shake all ingredients together and serve in a tall glass over ice. Garnish with an edible pansy.


The Carraway

Loving one’s self is just as important as loving others. This drink is a tribute to Nick Carraway from The Great Gatsby, who watched from the sidelines as his friends and relatives pursued tragic romance.

Ingredients
1 oz. gin
0.5 oz. Campari
0.5 oz. fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz. Lillet Blanc
Carpano Antica Rinse

Directions: Stir above ingredients generously in a mixing glass. “Rinse” separate glass with Carpano Antica. Strain over a large ice cube. Finish with an orange peel garnish.
