According to a Reuters report, the White House isn't laughing at The Onion. In fact, it has asked the spoof newspaper to stop using the presidential seal on its Web site. White House spokesperson Troy Duffy said the request was simply a matter of regulations. "When any official sign or seal is being used inappropriately the party is notified," he said. "You cannot pick and choose where to enforce that rule. It's important that the seal or any White House insignia not be used inappropriately." Victoria Williams and Mark Olson closed the inaugural PASTE Rock 'n' Reel festival with their first show together in over a year. Bassist Zak Sally has quit Low. Matt Livingston, who has performed with Low in the past in addition to frontman Alan Sparhawk's side project, Retribution Gospel Choir, will replace Sally.
