British book retailer Waterstone's plans on debuting their own eBook reader to directly compete with Amazon's currently dominant Kindle, according to BBC News. Beck May Start His Own Printing Press
While producing Mirror Traffic, the upcoming album from Stephen Malkmus & the Jicks, Beck revealed to Malkmus another project he was working on. “Beck…said he was trying to start a private press of books and that I should get involved,” Malkmus told Spin. “He asked if I wanted to do something.
