Savannah Stopover Day Two Photos

After a leisurely day searching for the town’s best hole-in-the-wall BBQ with DIVE and a picturesque cemetery tour with Caged Animals, the evening proceeded true to festival form with a chaotic battle of dueling set times, venue sprints and failed schedule scrambles. The dice roll landed in favor of DIVE’s guitar-driven ethereal grunge and the synth-heavy percussive fever of Caveman, but the attempts to see the night’s other highlights failed—we only heard Caged Animals’ last song, the electronic mindmeld “Pink People,” and slid in just in time to catch Prince Rama packing up their gear. With so many great acts to juggle, circus skills could come in handy as the weekend continues.
