Check out Teaser Photos for Dexter Season 7

Earlier today, Showtime released a teaser poster for the upcoming seventh season of Dexter, along with a few images from the new episodes. This season will begin right were last season’s cliffhanger ended. Even the poster’s tagline hints at approaching trouble between Dexter and Deb—“He said, She said… It’s all on the table.” It also shows Dexter sporting the telltale slash in his cheek, usually reserved only for his own victims.

[SPOILER ALERT] According to Hollywood Reporter, executive producer Sara Colleton said this of the timing behind last season’s big development: “[Deb] stumbles upon it in the middle of her emotional override: not only does she love her foster brother but she’s feeling she’s in love with him. It’s an emotional reason why she goes there and it’s the last thing she expects to find is Dexter in one of his kills.”

Watch how it will all go down when Dexter returns Sept. 30 at 9 p.m.
