A Day In The Life: Zach Hurd

On Feb. 9, Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter Zach Hurd prepared at Hotel Monaco in Philadelphia for his gig at Burlap & Bean in Newtown Square, Penn., an intimate listening room and one of Philadelphia’s best-kept secrets. The following morning, Hurd was the featured guest on WXPN’s “Folkadelphia” show, hosted by Fred Knittel in Philadelphia. Hurd recently released his third album, She Never Sleeps, which was produced by Robert DiPietro (Norah Jones, Josh Rouse).
