You may have gathered that we at Paste get excited about Record Store Day. It’s hard not to feel a little bit giddy with so many great releases hitting the shelves at so many great independent record stores across the country. One of our local record stores here in Atlanta, Ga., Criminal Records, led the way the annual tradition four years ago thanks to store owner and RSD co-founder Eric Levin.
With freshly stocked shelves full of limited releases and choice local acts like von Grey and Christ, Lord giving in-store performances, it was another year well-worth the line around the block.
