Wow! I love this video. They are so great.

I have loved these boys for a long time now, and yet every time I see them I fall in love anew! The music they make is so personal, so tender, so true, it makes my heart alternately leap, skip, pound (like a kickdrum!), and sometimes ache. What they offer is rarely found in music today--it has the power to make you FEEL something, not by "pushing buttons" or indulging in self-serving political rhetoric, but by plumbing the rich and yet ordinary terrain of the human experience. Family, love, despair, loss, confusion, mistakes, and triumph, fear, and hope--things that are a part of us--this is what music should be.

The video is awesome! These guys are so amazing. "Murder in the City" is such a great song. I love when he's talking about how he got into trouble and in the video they're both laughing.

Oh lordy, I just watched this video three times in a row!!! When you have siblings, especially ones that perhaps don't get along...this song just reminds you of the really important part of having a brother or sister-that they love you no matter what and you do the same. And I think it is true that there is nothing more special than that bond. Thank you yet again Avett Brothers.

I have two sons who play the guitar. We heard these guys camping at Suwanee for the first time a couple of years ago...my sons were 5 & 8 then... we remember Doc Watson was there... anywhoo...we just watched this video and were all brought to tears. It's the little things. thanks guys.
