When you first listen to the New York indie-pop trio Sleepy Rebels, they sound familiar. Not familiar in a monotonous daily routine kind of way, but rather in a manner resonating as both lighthearted and warm. On their latest monochrome video for their song “Unbelievable,” the group combines their jangly-pop with the likes of infectious hand clapping, parachuters dropping into an antiquated village and girl fights.
