Brooklyn singer-songwriter Jonathan Coulton is excited to announce that he’s been working on a new album. Artificial Heart will be his eighth studio album and is set to debut this fall. The first track off the record, “Nemeses,” features The Long Winters’ John Roderick on vocals. Listen to the track in the player below.
Coulton will also appear at the Williamsburg Waterfront on Friday, along with Eugene Mirman, Patton Oswalt and They Might Be Giants (who are featured in this week’s mPlayer).

Great song! Can't wait for the album to come out!
Dig the song, but disappointed that JoCo isn't singing lead (or even backup?) on this. His songs, with the possible exception of Still Alive, just aren't the same without his trademark vocal sound.
This was one was my favorite of the new stuff JoCo played when I saw him live in Pittsburgh so I have to admit I'm disappointed that he's not singing lead :/
