Song Premiere: Family of the Year - "St. Croix"

You may have heard Family of the Year before now and not realized it. Their catchy song “Chugjug” has been featured recently in an Advil commercial. Now, as they prepare for the release of their latest EP from tinyOGRE, you can listen to another one of their catchy tunes. In the vein of Yeasayer, “St. Croix” has the pop beat and electric sound that will please established fans and create new ones.

Family of the Year has toured with Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeroes (who took the band on tour early in its career), Mumford & Sons, Gomez, and The Antlers. They also opened for Ben Folds when he played with the Boston Pops Orchestra.

St. Croix EP will be available on the band’s website and other digital stores on Sept. 27th, but you can listen to the single “St. Croix” in the player below.
