Featured Video: Diamond Rugs - "Christmas In A Chinese Restaurant"

On Dec. 29, 2011, Diamond Rugs played their first-ever show at Atlanta’s The Earl, bringing together Ian St. Pe (Black Lips), John McCauley (Deer Tick), Bryan Dufresne (Six Finger Satellite), Robbie Crowell (Deer Tick), Steve Berlin (Los Lobos) and Hardy Morris (Dead Confederate) onstage for the first time.

While, there’s not much released by the band at this point, you can watch the video for “Christmas In A Chinese Restaurant” below. The track is one of the few that McCauley wrote the song before the band came together. He songs alone in the video, decorating his face with sharpie throughout.
