March 5, 2012  |  1:00pm

A year after releasing The King Is Dead and hitting the road in support of their sixth album, The Decemberists are releasing a live compilation titled We All Raise Our Voices To The Air (Live Songs 04.11-08.11).

The live performances featured on the compilation took place at 12 different shows—including stops at Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tenn.; Stubb’s BBQ in Austin, Texas; Marymoor Amphitheatre in Seattle, Wash. and two hometown shows at McMenamins Edgefield Amphitheatre in Portland, Ore. Featuring songs from their debut EP and six subsequent LPs, the double disc showcases the dynamic and versatile show that Colin Meloy, Jenny Conlee, Chris Funk, Nate Query, John Moen and Sara Watkins put on throughout their 2011 tour.

We All Raise Our Voices To The Air (Live Songs 04.11-08.11) comes out on March 13 via Capitol Records. Listen to the exclusive stream of disc two in the player below, which notably features extended 10-minute renditions of “The Mariner’s Revenge Song” and “I Was Meant For The Stage.”
