Video Premiere: JBM - "Thames"

Singer/songwriter Jesse Marchant, also known as JBM, released his second full-length album, Stray Ashes, in May via Western Vinyl Records.

Following his 2010 debut, Not Even in July, JBM’s sophomore release has been garnering a solid amount of press and it’s not without good reason. Stray Ashes is full of deeply affecting folk that reflects the remoteness and solitude of Marchant’s recording process, which took place in an isolated cabin in the Catskills.

One of the album’s standout tracks is “Thames,” and we have a video of Marchant and his band giving a stirring live performance of the track.
