Song Premiere: White Violet - "4am"

White Violet is an Athens-based group consisting of Vaughan Lamb, Brad Elliott, Josh McCauley and Nate Nelson. “4am,” the second track off their forthcoming debut LP Hiding, Mingling, is a pondering mid-tempo track with echoing, sparse electric guitar.

Andy LeMaster, of Now It’s Overhead and tourmate of Bright Eyes, produced Hiding, Mingling. White Violet just wrapped up a tour with psychedelic country rockers Futurebirds. The album is set for release on Aug. 14 via Normaltown Records, an imprint of New West Records.
