Live from Newport Folk: Spirit Family Reunion

The Newport Folk Festival has a way of drawing bands that make you want to hop on stage and join the fun, and Brooklyn bluegrass outfit Spirit Family Reunion is no exception.

Paste met up with the band for a session live at the Paste Ruins, thanks to our partnership with Sennheiser. The members picked banjos, belted harmonies and generally created a wonderful ruckus as they performed “The Night Replaced The Day” from this year’s No Separation.
