Song Premiere: Hayden - "Rainy Saturday"
Since 1995 and the release of his iconic Everything I Long For, Toronto singer-songwriter Hayden Desser, known as simply “Hayden” has played most of the instruments on his albums, has almost always mixed and engineered them and even self-released albums on his own Hardwood Records label.
Since his beginnings in Toronto’s alternative music scene, he’s been known as a natural and introspective storyteller, and his upcoming album is no exception. But one difference from his earlier works is that he’s simplified his sound a bit by using fewer instruments.
Desser’s seventh full-length album, Us Alone is set to be released on Feb. 5 via Arts and Crafts.
