Video Premiere: Easter Island - "You Don't Have A Choice"

Easter Island is a band formed in 2010 by brothers Ethan and Asher Payne in the musical mecca of Athens, Ga. Since the beginning, the blend of touching harmonies and tender lyrics with powerful instrumentals has won fans all over the region, and most recently gave the Paste office something to dance to with a transcendent performance at our SXSW parties last week.

Now, the band has released a video for their song “You Don’t Have A Choice.”

“The song raises a lot of questions about sex and intimacy in relationships in a broad sense, and maybe answers some while not answering others,” said Ethan Payne about the track. “We knew we wanted to somehow communicate that confusion and thought process through the video.”
