Watch Steve Martin's Mock Pledge Videos for PBS

Steve Martin’s television special with PBS just began airing last week, a feature with his band Steep Canyon Rangers for the channel’s Great Performances series. Broadcasting a performance from the Fox Performing Arts Center in Riverside, Calif., the special will also be released by Rounder Records on CD and DVD on March 11.

But Martin didn’t stop at music: he integrated a little of his iconic comedy into the production, too. Martin filmed a few mock pledge videos, playing off the network’s distinctive commercials.
