Back in July, when Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros held an album release party for their debut LP Up From Below, they raised money to help the Gulu Widows Group of Uganda start a farm to sustain their community. After the first harvest, they celebrated by singing the band’s song “Home.”

The song is particular apropos for women whose husbands and children have been forced to fight in the Civil War that has been raging in Northern Uganda. Here, the Gulu Widows of Uganda sing “Home is wherever I’m with you”:
