Awesome of the Day: The University of Florida's Zombie Attack Plan
Are you the type of person, like us, who lies awake at night, tormented by the stress of a potential zombie attack? Why won’t people take this zombie threat seriously? Why doesn’t someone make a well thought out response plan? Stress no more! The University of Florida has you covered.
The Gainesville Sun reports UF’s serious plan of response to a future zombie outbreak. The Zombie Attack Disaster Preparedness Simulation Exercise discusses many important and often overlooked points of a zombie invasion, points such as:
1) How does one discern the moan of an individual displaying symptoms of Zombie Behavior Spectrum Disorder (ZBSD) from the typical moans heard in common workplaces?
2) What types of vehicles are best for commuting during a ZBSD incursion?
3) What are the proper guidelines for dispatching coworkers possibly infected with ZBSD?
This document takes itself very seriously, and as such, it is seriously hilarious. Thank you, UF, for designing such an all-encompassing plan for an all-too-impending disaster. We can now sleep in (relative) peace. That is, if we move to Florida.
