The Huffington Post highlighted the work of Athenian artist Charis Tsevis who created a number of mosaics of Jobs using images of Apple products.
Business Insider has a great slideshow of Jobs from his childhood home and meeting of Steve Wozniak all the way to the most recent Apple conferences.

Taiwan-based Next Media Animation released a charming tribute to Jobs. They had previously made a humorous animation about Jobs’ alleged “reality distortion field” that he was able to project over Apple consumers, as well as inserting cameos of Jobs into many of their news animations, and releasing a longer tribute earlier in reaction to initial rumors of Job’s death following his resignation from his CEO position at Apple.
