Even though we loved Michael Jordan in Space Jam, Gary Oldman has a point: athletes don’t belong on the big screen. In a very special segment for Jimmy Kimmel Live, Oldman reached out to acting athletes with a very heartfelt, touching message.

“…Just as I, Gary Oldman, actor, would never try and join an NBA just because I’m famous, I, Gary Oldman would very much appreciate it if professional basketball players would stay the fuck out of movies!”
