Justin Timberlake's "My Love" Performed in 13 Different Styles
Who knew JT’s 2006 track “My Love” could lend itself to so many genres? In a tribute to the man who brought sexy back, New York-based musical group cdza has reworked “My Love” to fit into 13 different musical styles.
The rendition covers everything from baroque to reggae to dubstep, all of which are blended seamlessly into a single minute-and-a-half video. They add in some extra twang for a country version, electric guitar for more of a rock vibe and flash the lights while throwing in some synthesizer action for an amped-up drum & bass sound.
The clip is the final video for the band’s three-part Impromptu Sessions, which also includes an improvised cover of Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines” and a rendition of Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky” in which all five members play at the same piano.
