Taiwanese Coffee Chain Prints Edible Faces on Your Morning Coffee

How about a selfie latte to go with that face-cake you just ordered? Mmm, narcissism.

In an effort to gain more customers, Taiwanese coffee chain Let’s Café introduced a new service that allows people to print uploaded photos onto their lattes using a special coffee printer. The printer distributes cocoa powder in a way that places a photo-realistic edible image onto the usually foamy surface of a latte, Design Taxi reports.

Let’s Café is a chain of over 2,000 coffee kiosks in Taiwan that are usually located in Family Mart convenience stores. With the new coffee printers, customers can simply upload their photos from their mobile phones into their local kiosk and expect to get a beverage with their photo printed on the top.

You can watch Let’s Café’s introduction to their new latte art service in the video below.
