Metallica's "Enter Sandman" Gets a Bluegrass Makeover
Exit heavy metal. Enter banjos. We’re off to a great cover of Metallica’s “Enter Sandman.”
Earlier this year, bluegrass band Iron Horse released their own version of the 22-year-old heavy metal song that, while it’s the kind of rollicking country song you’d expect from Iron Horse, it’s still just as haunting as the original by Metallica.
Iron Horse was founded in 2000 and features four members: Vance Henry (guitar), Tony Robertson (mandolin), Anthony Richardson (banjo) and Ricky Rogers (bass).
You can watch Iron Horse perform their cover of Metallica’s “Enter Sandman” in the video above.
