Bono's Bill Clinton Impression is Pretty Great
At an event for the Clinton Global Initiative in New York City, Bono did his best Clinton imitation, unveiling an Arkansas drawl that was just as slow and Southern as Clinton’s.
The U2 frontman recounted the story of how the two met during his visit to the White House.
“When I first met Bono, he walked into the Oval Office, and I thought it was a member of his own road crew,” Bono said as Clinton at the conference. “He wasn’t really dressed right. I felt like the rockstar of the occasion.”
Clinton responded good-naturedly to the light-hearted jab, commenting later during the event, “I must be really easy to make fun of.”
