Sonic Youth's Kim Gordon designs for Urban Outfitters

Kim Gordon’s fashion line Mirror/Dash makes its Urban Outfitters debut on Monday, marking this month's second-best celebrity-fashion-line announcement.

“We’re actually trying to do something a little less trend oriented, a little more classic, she told the New York Times, “that might appeal to someone say who used to shop at Urban but wants something slightly less young looking.”

Umm, if she's going for classic and mature, just don’t put her clothes next to the Side Button Onesie or the Destroyed Denim Shorts. Oh, or the Truly Madly Deeply T-shirt or the tacky Mary Janes. Actually, can we just move the line to Anthropologie?
