Every year in October, Neil Young and his wife Pegi organize the Bridge School Benefit Concert, gathering popular musicians for an all-acoustic, non-profit charity event held at the Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, Calif. This year the 25th Annual Bridge School Benefit Concert will feature Beck, Arcade Fire, Mumford & Sons, Foo Fighters, Dave Matthews and others.

All proceeds go directly to the operation of the The Bridge School. From their website:

The Bridge School is a non-profit organization whose mission is to ensure that individuals with severe speech and physical impairments achieve full participation in their communities through the use of augmentative & alternative means of communication (AAC) and assistive technology (AT) applications and through the development, implementation and dissemination of innovative life-long educational strategies.

Check out the concert page here for more info and a full list of artists performing.
