Today is the final day of the 2010 Craft Brewers Conference, so if you were planning to attend and you’re not there right now, I hate to break this to you, but you’ll have to try again next year. What is the CBC? According to its website, “the number one environment in North America for concentrated, affordable brewing education and idea sharing to improve brewery quality and performance. The conference is also a great social event with over 2,600 brewing industry professionals enjoying craft brews together.” Sounds fun, right? This year, the CBC was held in Chicago, and with good reason. The Windy City is becoming quite the beer destination. Click through for merely five reasons why:

I agree with the Piece statement, as well as adding in Revolution, a brew-pub where not only are the house made brews great, but the beer list itself is impressive.
